Wetzel Estate Chardonnay

Our Chardonnay is aged in 50% New American Oak barrels for 15 months and the other half in stainless steel tanks.  We blend the two lots together to create a perfect balance between the wines floral aromas, vanilla and toasted oak characters.  This Chardonnay offers some bright citrus followed by a touch of oak and butter on the finish.

Food Pairings: Serve with Roasted vegetables, grilled seafood married with citrus flavors, ceviche, or bold flavored cheeses.

2017-Wetzel-Estate-Pinot-Blanc

Wetzel Estate Pinot Blanc

This wine is tank fermented and then aged in New American Oak barrels for 18 months. This wine offers notes of vanilla, white flowers, hints of citrus, and stone fruit. The wine is rich and round on the palate with just a touch of crispness on the finish.

Food Pairings: Summer salads, brushetta, halibut, swordfish or poultry.

Chateau Bianca Pinot Gris

Our Pinot Gris offers delicate citrus notes of lemon and lime with a touch of orange peel aromas, while soft notes of citrus and pear are predominant on the palate. The finish is long, with just a hint of honey in the mix.

Food Pairing:  Perfect with your favorite hard cheeses or charcuterie. Excellent with sushi, salmon, poultry or white fish.

Chateau Bianca Gewurztraminer

Our Gewurztraminer is produced from estate grown fruit that is sustainably farmed.  The fruit is hand picked and whole cluster pressed.  The juices are fermented under cool temperature conditions to capture the nuanced characters from the vineyard.  This wine delivers beautiful lychee and exotic spice aromas with hints of key lime pie.  The spice component is nicely balanced with a touch of sweetness then delivers a long elegant finish.

Food Pairings: Pair this wine with Indian cuisine, Asian fusion dishes or around the holidays with turkey or a honey baked ham.

2020-Chateau-Bianca-Riesling

Chateau Bianca Riesling

This beautiful wine is off-dry and shines with beautiful citrus, green apple, and starfruit notes. The crisp acid helps balance the touch of sweetness.
