Wetzel’s Fireside Port

Made from our own unique blend of grapes this Port wine is made in a ruby style.  Great fruit character plays nicely with neutral grape spirits we use to finish this wine.  Well balanced between the alcohol and the sweetness.  Hints of caramel, cherry syrup and cocoa.

Food Pairings: Burgundy Mushroom Sauce, Crème Brulee, dark chocolate and fresh seasonal berries.

Chateau Bianca Vin De Glace’

This extremely fun wine has prominent honey, orange blossom, and caramel notes.  The mid-palate is rich and mouth-filling without the super sticky character that comes with many a dessert wine.

Food Pairings: Perfect for that simple dessert, great with sponge cake, mild cheeses or white chocolate.

Northwest Comfort

Made from an old family recipe, this wine has found the love of Americans from coast to coast. It’s created using only quality red wine, with various baking spices added. These spices are pleasantly enhanced when the wine is slightly heated as a hot spiced wine (mulled wine).  When serving chilled, during the warmer summer months, pour over raspberries or strawberries to make a refreshing Sangria cocktail. Float an orange slice or hang a wedge of lemon on the rim of the glass to dress it up. The wine has pronounced Cinnamon, clove, Apple, and Cherry aromas.

Food Pairings: Pairs with Honey baked Ham, Herb chicken dishes or just sitting by the fire.
