Wetzel Estate Reserve Pinot Noir

This limited production handcrafted wine takes years to produce. We age our Estate Pinot Noir for 18 months in small French oak barrels. The wine is then bottled and aged further.  When released the wines offer up soft tannins, earth notes, dark fruit character with bright acid balance. 

Food Pairings: Salmon, beef, poultry and pasta dishes.

2012 Wetzel Estate Premier Cuvee

This amazing wine is a blend of multiple clones which are fermented separately and then blended to create the finished product.  Aged for 18 months in small French oak and then given additional bottle maturation this wine is silky smooth on the palette with hints of plum jam and black fruit character.  Soft and round on the pallet it deserves to be lingered over.

Food Pairings: Prime Rib, Rib eye steak with mushroom sauce, Pacific NW Salmon, as well as a wide range of pasta dishes.

2015 Wetzel Estate Pinot Noir Reserve

he 2015 vintage was an excellent growing year.  We age our Pinot Noir for 18 months in small French oak barrels and then allow for additional bottle cellaring before release. The wine is well balanced with red and black fruit character.  The finish is lush and rich with soft round tannins. Savory over a leisurely meal.

Food Pairings: Herb rubbed roast, lamb, duck or Pacific Salmon

2017-Chateau-Bianca-Marechal-Foch

Chateau Bianca Marechal Foch

This French Hybrid, which is a red juiced variety, makes a robust red wine. Comparable in characteristics to a young Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine has tobacco and dark chocolate aromas with black fruit flavors on the palate. The mouthfeel is rich and round with a touch of acid to keep the wine interesting. 

Food Pairings:  BBQ foods, Marinated meats, smoked meat, acid-based fish dishes, or rich pasta dishes.

2019-Chateau-Bianca-Pinot-Noir

Chateau Bianca Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

This wine is made in a fruit forward style and intended for early consumption.  The wine has delicious red fruit components of currants, raspberries, strawberry and some stone fruit character.  The wine has a soft round mouthfeel which offers up a touch of bright acid to enhance a wide range of foods.

Food Pairings: Roast turkey, pork loin, salmon dishes, pizza, burgers, BBQ, Italian fare.

Opulent Merlot

Opulent Merlot scored 90 points by Wine Enthusiast! The grapes are sourced from A LIVE certified vineyard in the Rouge Valley of Southern Oregon. This wine shows ripe plum, raisin, and dried flower notes.

Food Pairings:  Try pairing this lovely wine with a rich tomato soup, pasta dish, spicy meatballs, or Italian fare.  Grilled meats and game dishes also will stand up to this savory wine.

Opulent Syrah

This wine has beautiful dark fruit notes of plum, blackberry and a touch of blueberry.  The aromas are complimented by a touch of toasted oak and vanilla from the barrel aging.  Big fruit, well balanced and delicious.

Food Pairings:  Prime Rib, grilled meats or smoked sausage paella or a deeply veined blue cheese.

Opulent Tempranillo

Tempranillo is a Spanish grape variety that has found an attentive audience amongst wine lovers here in the US.  It is balanced, with notes of black currant, blueberry, plum, cedar, and cocoa.

Food Pairings: Sausage and meat Paella, grilled meats, smoked meats, Pizza, polenta, and chile rellenos.
